Jamie Woolf has over 20 years of experience working to foster the best of leadership in the workplace and families. Jamie has delivered organization development services and leadership programs to optimize human performance at work and at home. Based on her work inside organizations, Jamie has witnessed what distinguishes the most successful leaders from the rest.

After becoming a parent, she became more convinced of the applicability of leadership wisdom to parenting. She delivers speeches, coaching sessions, and workshops that make leadership development accessible, engaging, and practical. She co-authored a field guide that supports the best selling book, The Leadership Challenge, by Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner. She also co-founded Pinehurst Consulting, an organization development and training consulting firm. She serves on the Advisory Board of Working Mother Media.

Jamie Woolf holds a M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University, and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Jamie lives in Oakland, California with her husband and two daughters.
